Yep, it's been great so far. A bit rainy today; I went to Pere Lachaise cemetery and found Jim Morrison's grave, then had the fluffiest omelette of all time for lunch at a nearby cafe.

Tomorrow is election day. I'm curious to see how that will all unfold...

If Olsen and Neill are released I would expect the Leafs to grab them quickly. History has shown they love our scraps.

I think he does a one year deal. 10% raise, He didn't do anything special for a big payday. I think look at him another year and Canucks also have more cap space the following year if he shows he deserves a big hike.

This is a busy off season for Benning.

He is the one Jim might trade. I like his toughness but I don't see it being a 4 .5 mil asset yet. If he has a repeat year of last year he is a 2.5 player. If he has a repeat of Panthers playoff he is a 4 mil player. Let's see what one shows up.

I would love to trade Tanev for a top 6 player but I am wondering if the better of the team he should tutor Juolevi. He can be traded in a year or two but it would be nice if OJ was shown by Tanev and not someone like Biega. ( No offense was intended to Biega,I really love his passion). As much as I dislike Edler I think Stecher could use one more year also with Edler.
